Boyd coach Anthony here with a speed bag video for you guys meant a lot of people been requesting it I'm typically teaching techniques and different fundamentals and stuff like that but you know this is a tool in the gym and a tool that a lot of people want to learn so I'm gonna go ahead and teach it to you guys okay the speed bag for me is learning easiest things for a boxer to learn a lot of people think that is actually a complicated thing to learn because of how it looks but in reality it's very simple the only thing you have to do is learn the rhythm so for me the basic rhythm for speed bag isn't three-camera them okay so I'm gonna hit the speed bag right now imma do it nice and slow see what's happening so what I'm doing is hitting the bag in that's going one two three when it gets right around this I meet it in the middle alright come and mistake a lot of beginners do they hi
