minx c46 is our new in-ceiling speaker as you can see it has a magnetic removable grille and underneath you can see that it uses our two and a quarter inch bmr driver now this is the same bmr driver that we use in our minx min 11 satellite speaker but as you can see from here we've changed the back box to make it ceiling mountable so it uses the same the same three inch cut out as a standard spotlight that you might have in your house and it pushes up through there and clamps into the ceiling bmr lends itself very very very nicely to a ceiling speaker because it offers 180 degree dispersion so rather than simply being able to hear it when you're right underneath it it fills the room beautifully and provides lovely background music to fill your room as you can see this is how it looks when it's mounted into your ceiling so you haven't got a big ugly bezel it's a nice small discreet in-ce
