AC Adapter Charger for HP Pavilion 15-p113nr 15-p114dx 15-p125nr Laptop Notebook Ultrabook Battery Power Supply Cord Plug

all right so here we have an hp um excuse me hp 15-av022ca notebook pc i believe slash touchscreen um the problem with this laptop is the power cord um the power plug rather doesn't seem to be taking power so as you can see i'm gonna just plug it in and we can see that it fits in quite loose uh the adapter is plugged in i have tested the adapter with my voltage meter and works just fine i've tried another hp adapter the same size and doesn't seem to work we don't have our light turning on indicating that power is running through i've also taken my voltage meter and tested this part of the battery connector and we're not getting any signals of power running from the power plug to the system board and uh and beyond that so what i would like to do to try to fix this is first take off the bottom panel and take a look at the power plug so just in case you're having the same problem i thought
