hey everyone and welcome to another video today I just want to go over a common problem with dual battery lenovo laptops that happens occasionally if there is some sort of surge or if you stick something metal in USB port or something shorts out or even sometimes it's a Windows Update can do this essentially what happens is that the laptop gets into a short-circuit protection mode and even if you plug in a charger it will not turn on now these have two batteries in them they have this main battery here on the back which you can release just by pulling on these little tabs and then there is another battery which is inside the computer itself now one thing you can do is that you can get a paperclip straightening out put it into this little hole here and hold it for 15 seconds and that will resolve most issues however sometimes you also need to disassemble this little back cover and just u
