hey dear YouTube my name is George welcome back to another video quick and dirty one this time I made myself an FM dipole for my auto tuner here sometimes I'm out here like to listen to the radio so I decided to knock one together all made out of junk laying around the place and the shed here and just having clamped onto a tripod here just I was testing that out so this is going to go up on the chimney the house there's a little pole up there already with the TV erial on it that's not used so we'll stick it over a Shelley clamp on top of that pole and we'll clamp it on on the other side this way so basically it is a half-wave dipole vertically polarized and it's always been kind of dodgy - yes FM reception here I don't know what the deal is but I'm hoping what this thing it'll it'll be a bit better so very very simple to make and meadow 1/2 inch copper pipe just black tape on us with a
