before you start make sure to have a Philips screwdriver and an exacto knife ready first disconnect the power and remove the battery now use an exacto knife to remove two rubber screw covers on the bottom then you can remove two bezel screws now carefully remove the bezel pry open the frame from an inner edge start on the side then move to the top towards the other side once you reach the bottom open the screen wide to snap out the hinge covers next remove the two tiny mounting screws on the left side and two more on the right side tilt the screen and take off the webcam cable that is glued on the LCD panel gently put the screen on the keyboard remove a piece of tape covering the video connector and webcam cable now disconnect the video connector by pulling the tape set the video cable side discard the old panel take the new screen out of the package place an anti-static bag on the keyb
