back today with another video. Today I'm gonna be showing you how to
set up and use this cat 5e splitter. The first thing we got to go
over is how does this thing work? So since the cat 5e spec only requires two pairs
for the operation, we can split the line and use the unused pairs for a second wiring. It's
a pretty simple idea, and the installation is quick and easy, so let's get started with
setting this thing up. So for the current setup, I have the switch, cat 5e line about 50 feet, and
then a loopback adapter just so we can test the line. We're going to install these splitters
on each end, hook up two loopback adapters, and see if the line works. Let's go over the
