Adapter, 22mm to 30mm hole, w/Washer

I was getting an extension for my pressure washer and I bought all the connections, but I experienced a huge problem - they did not fit! This this M22 adapter. It's for quick connect but my existing pressure washer hose has M22 in 15 millimeters and they did not fit. I do have this 15 to 14 millimetres adapter from my old pressure washer. Just to show you it fits but it doesn't help because I want quick connects. So how did I solve the problem? Of course in DIY style Yes, using a Dremel tool to enlarge the adapter to make 14mm to fit 15mm Yes it works! Next is to tighten everything together We have this part fixed, the rest is very easy.
