this is the 6:57 electronic stethoscope from American diagnostic it's a simple push button operation simply push the blue button to turn it on they'll start in the Bell mode push the blue button again it's to the diaphragm mode on the stethoscope and then we push one more time the wide mode wide mode incorporates both the Bell and the diaphragm so while it picks up a lot of lot of noise it also picks up a lot of extra acoustics for you there's the pressure-sensitive microphone so it doesn't turn on until they actually the microphone touches the skin and then it activates once it activates you have a volume control which amplifies the sound 16 times so you can amplify it 16 times it actually has an audible beep when you have the stethoscopes the ear tips in your ear you'll hear a beep each tiny to go up or down with the volume
