How to use kegel exercise weights
Kegel exercise training is a step-by-step process and is recommended for use from the 1st ball.
✔ Use it for about 15 minutes per day, preferably during some body movement, such as light household chores, showering and getting ready in the morning. Using the weight daily until it no longer feels challenging for 2-3 days.
