Alpine X-W10D4 10-Inch Dual 4 Ohm Subwoofer

[Music] hey everybody Carl from apt we're here at CES 2017 in the Alpine booth we've got Chris here from Alpine he's going to tell us a little bit about the new x-series subwoofer Chris can you tell us a little bit about this speaker sure we're really excited about this is our x-series subwoofer very awesome design here the really key thing about this it has a 28 millimeter X max which means it moves a lot of air and in order to actually support that 28 millimeter X max I'm gonna do a lot of innovation with it like a double spider a dual spider we had to do a little shorter sleeve a couple thermal technologies to help keep it cool the one key thing also here is that the trim ring is actually a twist lock mechanism as opposed to previously we used to have a push on trim ring okay so we improved it by making it twist lock which makes a lot easier to install sure the twist lock comes with
