all right today we're going to install the amp research bed step on to a Dodge pickup truck this application is for Dodge 1500 2500 and 3500 we want to start out with the tools that we're going to need for the job we're gonna need a torque wrench and a ratchet we're gonna need a 17 millimeter socket a 15 millimeter socket 3/16 allen bit and a 10 millimeter open end wrench okay on the Dodge bedstep we're gonna start by assembling the mounting bracket to the linkage assembly so you're gonna want to get your hardware kit out and start with the two longer seventeen millimeter bolts and you're gonna put a washer underneath the head on each of them and then you're going to use these bolts to mount the bracket to the linkage and you're gonna want to mount this bracket to the top here in this configuration with these counterbore recesses towards the rear of the linkage so get these bolts starte
