hey stops welcome back to my channel I know it's been a long time today we're gonna go over how to do these press-on toenails to go from this to this so let's go ahead and get started [Music] okay so these press and go toenails are actually by kiss products I love these if you're in a rush you don't have to paint over them so we're starting on natural toenails and I am just using my medium grit sanding bit this is an e file but please feel free to use a natural nail file that's all that you have you do not need to buy this I would suggest buying a 100 or 180 grit just enough to remove the natural shine that's all that you're doing you don't want to continuously file and you know potentially damage your nail you're just removing the shine that should be more than enough to make sure that the glue is adhere and your nails are not going to pop off or anything and so now I am just using som
