hi my name is marilyn and today we'll be introducing the mounting bracket options for aruba 500 series indoor access points the ap 500 series is the first generation of wi-fi six access points from aruba there are five mounting bracket types in total from a to e and we'll step you through all of them types a b and c are used for mounting the access points onto t beam rails used in drop ceilings these cover the most commonly used rail profiles type d bracket is used for mounting access points onto flat surfaces it consists of two sections the ceiling mount which is secured to your flat surface using pre-drilled holes and the sliding brackets which are used to connect the access point to the mount type e bracket can be used for mounting to a flat wall or a one gang or two gang electrical box it comes with pre-drilled holes to match a variety of electrical box tendons to install the mounti
