hey Sean Etta and now we got a iPad Mini 3 screen that we're doing today alright alright so we're gonna go ahead and repair it there some of the glasses already off the easiest way to start this is heat up the side right here I usually start on the right side just heat this up real well and take your exacto knife and just kind of get underneath it lift it up a playing card works great if you just can get underneath this with the exacto knife if not then you can always just use the exacto knife to get underneath the glass here as you can see I've already got it up open some slide all the way down so once we got that then we're going to work all the way up and around we're going to start heating this up right here we've got our heat gun set to 300 degrees always work with my devices using 300 degree heat it's just a good number to work with I'll just try and get underneath here and slide
