Step 1
It's a bit tricky to get it on yourself as it's tight, but that's the nature of the beast, you need a nice strong seal to stop water getting in, it's very easy to be put on with someone else's help.

Step 2
You should be aware that, due to the waterproofing, the arm can get a bit sweaty if wearing this for a prolonged period. Please limit your shower time in 30 minutes.

Step 3
For the sake of maintaining product life,please keep product dry after you take a shower.
