today we're going to look at how to print the monthly calendar planner from info zo when you make a purchase from in portfolio the monthly planner calendar will be stored in your downloads folder if I open my downloads folder usually there will be a single PDF file for your purchase today I'm working on a Mac so the software I'm using will be the preview tool which comes as part of the operating system if you're on a Windows PC you will probably be using the Adobe Reader software which has an icon as shown on the top right of my screen here so let's open the file so with the year calendar planner you get 12 individual pages within the PDF file you can see the pages on the left-hand side panel of my screen here so let's go to the file menu and select the print command the dialog box will come up and the important thing to do here is to select the correct paper size now today I'm printing
