okay Rock sliders it's the 29th of June 2019 if you hear gunshots it's actually fireworks going off out here I'm gonna be testing the Athlon 15 by 56 against the vortex 18 by 56 that is a 20% difference in power with the 18s versus the 15 so to account for that I'll move the vortexes back to 60 yards that's 20% further than the Athlon is at 50 yards I realize that's 9 it's not scientific but that's as close as you can get it when you're trying to test two different binoculars of two different powers on a resolving chart the higher power of an ocular is always going to have an advantage so this is the Swarovski 15 by 56 SLC over here I've already tested the Athlon and the swaro against each other in the woods the Saguaro beat it by a margin but we'll do it on the 1951 US Airforce resolving power chart that Matt cash will train me on this is a great objective way to test optics I've waite
