today we're going to install the AVS bugflector 2 on this 2019 GMC Sierra 1500 new body style let's go get started alright the first thing we want to do is take one of our alcohol prep pads and we're gonna wipe down this surface right across here on the hood what that does is that prepares our surface for the 3m tape that's gonna go into this location now we're gonna go ahead and take our bug shield if you look at the edge the sides that go over top of our headlights if you turn that is folded and there's gonna be a small hole on each side pay attention to that what we're gonna do is set the bug shield on top of the hood make sure it's centered side to side I've already got the hood popped and what I'm going to do now is open the hood and mark on the bottom of the hood on each side where those holes line up now on both sides where we've got a marked in your kit you'll have a protective
