Autoloc HAB Hidden Antenna Kit

so I'm building my camper and I bought one of these hideaway antennas for the radio and I'd like hey it's a good idea you know and I have an antenna sticking out of it and so I hooked it all up is you got the antenna where you plug in a positive a negative I hooked it up nothing I'm like okay I've seen other videos I'm lying about these things being jumped so let me see what it is and I ripped it apart well come to find out the double-sided tape was hiding the screws which I think carries a foot apart anyways but so here it is this is this is a big antenna one wire going to it as you can see there and this is their big amplifier but the funny thing is on the antenna I don't they're saying of zoom and then close the ground water is you hooked up they just have the center wire on the post there between the black and red you can see now I don't know what the hell they're supposed to amplif
