Prepare:   
Press the "Push" button and adjust the upper and lower layer to the best position that suits for you,  
for the new user, we think the good distance is about 3mm,  
we recommend that you adjust the distance of two layers from small to large if you feel pain in your jaw.  

How to use:  
STEP 1: Fully submerge it into hot water for 25-30 seconds(water temperature185-194°F).  
STEP 2: Put in cold water for 1-2 seconds.  
STEP 3: Put in mouth and mold it follow the manual.  
STEP 4: Remove it and put it in cold water.  
STEP 5: Put it in your mouth when you sleep.  

Note:  
1. Make sure the side with grooves is upward, and please avoid the device is too hot.
