so today's how-to video we're going to be showing you how to do a hard reset on the a 742 now keep in mind the same steps that we do for the reset on the a 742 are the same for the a 741 and the a 745 now before we begin the master reset make sure your tablet is charged to at least 20% and that is fully powered off on your tablet you have two buttons which are the volume and the power button first go ahead and press and hold down in the center of the volume plus in the volume - so right with that little line and a separate so to go ahead and press and hold down on that section and keep holding that in and then go ahead and press and hold down on the power button so you're holding both buttons in at the same time and you're going to keep doing this until you see your screen light up so let's wait until it lights up and once you see your screen light up go ahead and release both buttons y
