hi my name is David Crump and I'm a project engineer here at black box today I'll be showing you the Media Center IPX which handles video and audio over IP the media sento comes in three different models the unicast multicast and the video wall which handles multi casting as well as each receiver can scale up to create a video wall the media sent to IP X allows you to put multiple transmitters on the same network to send multiple video streams to virtually unlimited receivers the media sent to IP x sends visually lossless and ADP video and embedded audio across the network it can also handle HDCP or copy the eaded if need be in order to take full advantage of multi casting technology for the multicast and video wall models a network switch with igmp snooping is required IGMP allows the video to go from the transmitter only to the receiver that is connected to each transmitter or receive
