[Music] hi bruce edgerly vice president and co-founder of backcountry access we're going to talk about how to program the bc link 2.0 and some of the other finer points of the unit and we're also going to throw in a few tidbits about the link 1.0 when you open up the box you'll find the quick reference card base unit smart mic with connection cord charging unit and micro usb cord to charge the 2.0 attach the micro usb cord to the micro usb port and you can use the charger provided with the unit or you could use any other charger but we recommend the one that comes with 2.0 to charge the 1.0 i just put the usb cord in the port down on the side and it's a good idea to use the cord that comes with it because when the light turns green you know it's charged but you can still use another device if you'd like when you're done charging make sure you close the cover on both of these to prevent
