take off the strap on your Fitbit inspire HR all you have to do is get these little balls down here and you need to push them towards the middle of the Fitbit so this one wants to come this way and this one wants to go that way so get your nail or a small screwdriver and simply just push it in like that and then you see you can lever out that bit there same with this one easy if you just spin it around and do exactly the same nail on this bit here push it in towards the middle so I'm going in towards the middle now and out and you can see it's actually on a spring-loaded bit there and to put them back in we just do the opposite so it's easier to put this bit in first opposite the little ball bit and push it in into locates press down on the ball and then it will lock into place and again the same this side pushing this side first so it locks in go in and you see now it's nice and secure
