Hi everybody. Welcome to the Joliet Junior College  City Center campus here in downtown Joliet.   This is where our beautiful culinary arts facility  is located within the city center campus. It's 96,000   square feet of commercial kitchen space, baking  labs, two restaurants, indoor ice carving facility,   indoor climate-controlled butchering lab,  chocolate and sugar lab that's humidity controlled,   an amazing place no other place like it on the  planet.
