hi folks Jobin here these are safety breakaway connectors for lanyards they come in two halves a male and female half and they each have a hole in the back and what you do is you thread a cord up through them and then tie a stopper knot and pull it back inside the connector I'm going to show you a little trick for getting them to work better with paracord getting getting it to fit more easily inside okay now here I'm putting together a paracord neck lanyard and what you could do is you could gut the cord pull out all the inner strands but I don't want to do that in this case so what I'm going to do to make the stopper knot small enough to fit neatly inside each out for the connector it's going to cut off the ends and pull out a couple inches of inner strand and trim that off and then pull it back in now what that did is that left about an inch of gutted cord at the it at the end and the
