[Music] in this video I'm gonna show you how to build this rough bookcase and then in the next part of this series I'm going to show you how to build a rolling library ladder and trim this out for a full wall of books so let's get started alright let's get started with this bill I've purchased two sheets of 3/4 inch plywood it's furniture great so it is really nice stuff the back side has lots of knots not that pretty but this side definitely looks nice and is good for a bookshelf my local lumberyard has this for $35 a sheet so if you look at $70 total for a bookcase it's a really good deal so let's get started here I have drawn out my cuts so the first thing I want to do with this piece that is here on my table is cut the sides for the bookshelf before I cut these into individual sides I'm just going to cut the two feet section out that way I can drown out the grooves together so I kno
