hello everyone this is Joe with Joe's gave me electronics and today we're going to do a quick reset on your headphones there's a couple different issues these headphones may have and one of the issues you can fix is do a quick reset on these headphones sometimes when the fuel indicator comes all the way up when it's plugged into a charger and you take the charger off and the fuel indicator goes all the way down or just blinks red that typically means you either have a bad battery it's possibly have a bad charger port or you can do a quick reset on your headphones in order to do a reset you hold the power button and the pause plays over about 15 seconds I'll let those go as you can see it's right now resetting and the fuel indicator goes all the way to the top that will fix any minor issues if you do this and there's still an issue that means that your battery is bad or your charger port
