Beech Bonanza G35 Compact size CheckMate

[Applause] this is Adam from the airplane Intel podcast here sun-n-fun 2018 day 2 I'm standing here with Russell who has got this beautiful yellow bonanza hey Russell are you doing pretty good good good so tell us a little bit about yourself and also about your airplane and where you came from hey I'm Russell leader and from Glasgow Montana and this is my a 35 bonanza it's 1949 serial number 20 89 I say it flew down here yesterday 11 hours 90 gallons of gas just hang out at some fun very cool you said that's about 1,700 miles correct yeah just shy of 1,700 miles Wow so that that's fairly good so what was your average you know obviously it's gonna change what was your average speed coming down here I saw as high as a hundred and seventy knots and as low as like 135 140 so both of those are pretty pretty good I'd say yes is this your first time flying down here it is yeah I take it - gosh
