Beech Bonanza H35 Compact size CheckMate

this Chuck waldrop and I'm making a video today little airplane 5 4 0 9 Delta this is an H 35 bonanza 1957 model it was owned by one fell out for about 38 years I bought it from a dealer that he had sold it I've owned it for nine years I bought it in 2006 since I've owned it I had the paint done in 2008 full strip and repaint with jet flow all the sheet metal is of excellent condition has a little damage history it had a nose gear collapsed in 1986 while piloted by the previous owner he was taxiing at Montgomery field and hit a curb at night so engine is an IO 470 k io 470 in engine that's 260 horse the modern engine the propeller is a McCully 2 blade hydraulic which I had rebuilt about a year ago so it's got a lot of life in that the gears all been reboost the tail feathers were redone by the previous owner you know I think 2003 those were replaced or redone rebuilt it's a real clean a
