[Music] hi I'm Dorothy Healy technology report and today we're gonna do a project review of a Plantronics black wire 510 headset now this is an intermedia it had said and he would use it in your business this particular one here is great because it has a USB cord on it and with a lot of phone systems right now you don't need a phone on your desk you need a soft phone and so what that means is your phone making calls receiving calls all happens through an application on your phone and you need a headset so this is the one we recommend there are cheaper ones but this is really good volume control it comes with a bag let's open up the box and see what's inside okay so here we have the Plantronics 510 m I talked to the flat Plantronics folks and they said the M and the non M are if you're not using it with Microsoft still works really good so there's a manufacturing gate here a part number
