okay so you're figuring this out so one of the great parts about this thing or this car is that you the own the mirror at least for a radar detector is the mirror powers right here and so what I'm doing is I've got a voltmeter and I just just to figure out which one of these wires does what you know I'm sticking into the molex plug mirror tap these mirror tap connections and so mirror tap gives you all these different types of connectors here to tap into the end of the the factory wiring without cutting anything is much simpler than running down the headliner to a fuse box somewhere and so what I did just to figure out which one is positive and which one's ground I mean the ground seems pretty simple it's this brown and I guess it's black and blue black and gray it's kind of hard to see in the lighting here black and blue wire and then I just simply moved the tap around to find so there
