Measurement Methods
1. Sit comfortably in a chair with flat feet on the floor.
2. Select your user ID (A or B).
3. Press the Stop / Start key. The pump starts to fill the cuff. The display shows the rising cuff pressure continuously.
4. After automatically reaching a single pressure, the pump stops and the pressure drops slowly. The cuff pressure is displayed during the measurement.
5. When the device has detected your heart rate, the heart symbol in the display starts to flash.
6. After completion of the measurement, the measured systolic and diastolic blood pressure values and the pulse are displayed.
Measurement Note:
Avoid eating Speaking and smoking as well as all forms of exertion directly before measurement. These factors influence the measurement result. Find time to relax by sitting in an armchair in a quiet atmosphere for about ten minutes before taking a measurement. （ Nervous, uneasy, irritated mood will affect the measurement results ）
