some people have the issue with the training rt10 connecting to each other so i'm going to show you guys step by step of how you can reset and reconnect your earbuds before we reset the airbus put your airbrush back to charging case for more than five seconds they will pair to each other automatically taking both of the airbags out try to reconnect and see if the airbus is working properly if you tried but didn't work let's reset the airbags first please make sure that both earbuds are in the case when you see the white indicator lighter long press both earbuds for 10 seconds until you see the blue light flashes release your finger once they're paired with each other pair them to your voice and you will see that all your functionality will be completely restored back to normal
