[Music] welcome to another plps distribution tip and trick today we're going to talk about the spool tie and how to install that spool tie on a spool insulator in an upright clevis when there's tension pulling out on the insulator if i was to pull this insulator out the conductor would come out i would then put this on the insulator and then try to push it back in that's very difficult so let's take a look at a way to put this open this thing up and put it on this insulator if i was to pull these legs apart and try to get them above and below because the poles here i couldn't get it on so we show a trick so you want to take this leg and put a gentle bend into it so let's take that and put the gentle bend into it and now you got a nice curve you'll do the same thing on the other leg okay so now when i pull it open it'll go through this and miss the pull so i'll open it up i'll put one le
