It's important to regularly clean your Brady
GlobalMark printer in order to keep it running optimally. If you notice streaks or scratches
in your labels, it may be time to clean the print head. To clean your printer, you will need: clean
foam swabs and isopropyl alcohol. You can also use pre-soaked swabs, available
for purchase from Brady. First, turn the printer power off. Use a swab
soaked with isopropyl alcohol to clean the upper edge of the print head, using a swiping
motion. You may need to repeat with a second clean swab to ensure that the print head is
clean of dust, debris, and build-up. Then, clean the silver assist rollers, as build-up
can accumulate here. Also be sure to swab the side cutter, as well as the platen roller,
media guides, and the sensor on the guide. If you have the Color and Cut system, you
