hi Todd here with the Brady BMP 71 we're doing some labels we're noticing that the labels aren't coming through as clearly as we like that's indication if the heads are probably a little bit dirty and need a little bit of cleaning Brady has a cleaning tips you can get it's got these cleaning cards included and also cleaning swabs I'll show you how it works you open it up I've taken the media out the ribbon and the labels what you do is you push set up and scroll over to configuration and then you've got to clean printer from there's scroll the clean printer press okay here's your instructions remove labels and ribbon insert cleaning card up to black line under ribs here's the cleaning card and here's the ribs you insert it this way and what it'll do is it lays over the path or the ribbon and everything a ribbon and the labels go close that and we press ok as you can see it's running the
