this tutorial will walk you through the steps to replace the cutter blade assembly of the brother tape creator please have the following items ready the brother tape creator a Philips screwdriver and a new cutter blade assembly before performing maintenance on the brother tape creator turn off the machine unplug the power cord from the power outlet and unplug the USB or Ethernet cables connected to the machine press the Open button and open the top and bottom covers the cutter blade assembly is located on the inside of the bottom cover using a Philips screwdriver remove the Phillips pan head screw that holds the cutter blade assembly in place once the screw is loosened remove the cutter blade assembly from the machine install a new cutter blade assembly and tighten the Phillips panhead screw to hold it in place once the cutter blade assembly is secured in place close the top and bottom
