hi there today we're going to go over how to install your velcro watch strap so here we've got a Velcro watch band a case and a spring bar removal tool you can get those on watch material calm so we're going to start by removing the spring bars with this tool and we can use the fork and which is the side that has two prongs sticking out of it use the fork end to push the spring bars into the case so that they can slowly pop out so depending on how tight your cases these should be easy to come out you might want to keep an eye out for them if they kind of fly out somewhere so we've got the spring bars in the case removed and you can look at your velcro watch strap and kind of see what's going on here remove the top part and see that that's the separation where the case is going to be attached to in this case it's the top green part so what you can do is sit the case right on top of the g
