HOW TO CHOOSE RIGHT SIZE:

Please refer to the size chart and measure your current insoles or your feet, so you can pick the appropriate size.

We don't recommend you to cut the insoles, but if you do need, you can trim only the front of the insoles. Please refer to your current insoles to trim them.

WARM TIP:

- When you are not wearing them, put the insoles in a well-ventilated place to keep them dry and clean.

- Avoid exposing insoles to high temperatures. 

- Replace every 6 months or at the first sign of wear and tear.
