several four company employees to use in field and have had no complaints nice camera easy to use while I received the camera right away and I'm satisfied with it it was accompanied with instructions to leave positive feedback first in order to receive the remaining part of the order accessories that were included with my purchase a tabletop tripod screen protector and lens cleaning kit despite following their instructions I didn't receive the accessories even though promised to be delivered in 24 hours I have twice attempted to contact the company thinking is was simply an oversight but I've never heard back nor received the accessories this was a gift for my great-granddaughter this was a complete package and perfect for her my son was very happy with it it came with micro SD chips so he was able to take that out and place inside the phone to send pictures to his friends
