hi everyone this is David from geek noise and in this video I want to give you a look around the controls and also the menu options on the canon xf 100 now i unbox this on the channel about a week ago and i did miss a few things out i've got a few things wrong so i want to cover up all the controls first so let's kick things off with a look at the front here which is the manual control ring this is very very smooth in its action and there's a switch next to it which you can change from focus to zoom to iris depending on which position that's in determines what this actual ring does so at the moment i've got it set to focus so i can manually focus with this control ring if i switch it to zoom then it will zoom in now and if i switch it to iris then it will change the aperture of the lens now just underneath here we have gone af/mf button and this allows you to switch between auto focus a
