this is a Casio digital camera in the exilim line that's EXI Li M the model number of the camera is e x - is Z 600 it will do still images at a maximum resolution of 6 megapixels and it will also do video clips at a maximum resolution of 640 by 480 or VGA I found this camera at a local thrift shop and picked it up for just a few dollars this camera is manufactured in 2006 there were a series of firmware updates made available for this camera when this camera first came out it only read SD memory cards that is limited to 2 gigabytes the current version of the firmware which is version 1.0 3 allows this camera to read SDHC cards now those cards can go as high as 32 gigabytes in order to learn what version of firmware is on your camera you need to hold down the Menu key and then hit the power key and it is version 1.01 because we're running the 1.0 one firmware we cannot put in a SDHC card
