elastics or I like to call them rubber bands you're just going to need your aligners in my case I like to start with the bottom and then attach them to the top so what I find to be the easiest is if you take your bottom aligners and switch them to be a u-shape it's going to be a lot easier to put it in your mouth then then just take a rubber band and you're going to hook it on to the little hook and then I just keep pressure on my thumb and my middle finger to just keep the rubber band secure until it's going in my mouth and I'm just going to take the other side and do the exact same and then just keeping that pressure you're just going to put it in your mouth and the rubber bands are now secure so lastly for me I just need to put in my top aligner and then I'm going to take the rubber band and attach it to the button or it kind of looks like a little knob it looks a little bit differen
