Hey, what's going on everybody with this video we're gonna talk about how to put elastics on or rubber bands as they're often called So right here, we've got a whole bunch of different kinds of rubber bands. They're different sizes different colors I'm gonna use these this pink one right here. This is a gorilla It's often the size that we start with there's a bunch of different kinds though So listen to your orthodontist instructions on how to put them in the first thing that I often describe to people is you take this rubber band and get it ready kind of like you're gonna flip it at somebody so Kind of get it around your pointing finger like that You can use two thumbs if you need to But what you'll want to do is get it ready and then right here There's a little hook on your braces down here on these bottom molar teeth There's a different kind of hook but that's where the rubber bands
