2.The GPS only outdoor available,indoor or Spotty Signal Place will becomes LBS ,the GPS error are less than 100feet(30meters),
the LBS error will be 0.5~4 miles.
GPS locating is a way of satellite positioning, so it is quite accurate. But LBS based on base station,
its accuracy depends on the signal strength received by the transmitter, where has the better signal,
then it location will be provided. So the error range can be large.
