in this video I'm gonna do an unboxing of the Linksys DMA 2100 Media Center Extender now if you follow my channel you already know that I did an unboxing of the Linksys DMA 2200 which includes a DVD player but this one is the base model and I'm gonna set this up on a television set so I can actually access my home theater PC on a different TV in a different room so without any further ado let's get to it so I have my trusty cutter here and we're gonna open up this device as you can see I did get it used it's secondhand basically these devices have been around for quite a while if you notice it says certified for Windows Vista so you know these devices have been around for a while but they are wireless and certified so at least they're modern enough where you can actually use this device with modern networking equipment now if you're not familiar with what a Windows Media Center Extender
