hello welcome to best reviews at YouTube this item has a rating of 3.7 out of 5 stars a customer wrote I've had this for about two months now and figured it's time to rate this player I use it all day at work and haven't had any problems at all downloading is easy from their software the free music offer was awesome this model MP 707 differs slightly from the not so less expensive mp620 which I also purchased the MP 707 has a little bit bigger screen in the hanging little pouch that is perfect for me since I kids this in my pocket with keys change etc and it doesn't get all scratched up dot I don't use video so can't comment buying different earbuds is a must though I easily rate this five stars dot are you kidding for the price no question dot thank you for watching please give the thumbs up
