so this is a short video to show you the sound system that i just installed on my regular cab second gen ram so i'll just work front to back i got a four gauge wiring kit off of amazon and that's what i'm using to power my amp which is a pioneer gm-d-9705 five-channel lamp and then this runs back through a grommet in the firewall it comes out through the firewall and runs over to the passenger side now for the head unit i ended up going with a jvc kd t19 bts um has six six channel preamp outputs and overall it's a very nice radio i had a sony i had two sonys in here before this one and they they weren't that great in my opinion this jvc is a ton better it's a two-line display you know multi-color rgbs and that's about it for the head unit now speaker-wise in the doors i have 6x9 jbl gt 7-96 3-way speakers that are 70 watt rms 210 peak and going behind the seat these trucks usually have
